AAC Is proud to be a part of the Andrews Terrace project, lead by Conifer Realty & LeChase Construction.

This 30 month project includes the renovation (abatement/selective demolition) of 526 apartments with upgrades made to all of the kitchens, bathrooms and common areas. AAC is also installing the Firestop at all the new penetrations for the fire suppression system, plumbing and electrical upgrades in these apartment units.
