AAC is proud to have been an integral part of the restoration of the historic Aqueduct Building, which has since transformed Rochester’s downtown landscape. Originally constructed in 1842, this structure now serves as Constellation Brands’ beautiful new headquarters.

AAC’s role in this transformative project included comprehensive demolition, the removal of lead paint and plaster from various surfaces, the application of fireproofing, and the installation of firestopping throughout multiple buildings. The scope of work took 12 months to complete and involved over 18 craftsmen, including three supervisors.
