AAC is proud to be part of the Harper's Corner project, located at the busiest intersection in the City of Rochester (Main and Clinton).

Once completed in 2025, this site will provide 11 new affordable housing apartments and 4 commercial tenant spaces. Our 15-member field team is responsible for the selective/structural demolition, asbestos abatement, and lead remediation for this full building transformation. Our Firestopping team has also been contracted to Firestop the new wall penetrations, floor penetrations and wall joints for this project.
