Pictured here is the application of Cafco Blaze-Shield II Spray Applied Fireproofing to the decorative steel framing at the Parking Garage Entrance Lobby for the Strong Museum of Play Gateway Addition. This was one of the most challenging applications of fireproofing that the AAC team has ever completed. This area required the use of a 120 ft. boom lift and a fireproofing extension pole to access the surfaces of the winding steel.  Within the interior renovations we installed Cafco 300 and 400 Cementitious Fireproofing on the new structural steel and Cafco WB3 and WB5 Intumescent Fireproofing on the new decorative exposed steel.
