AAC is proud to be a part of this transformational project, Tailor Square (formerly Hickey Freeman), which created 134 affordable senior apartments and become the new home for Rochester Tailored Clothing.

This project included the abatement of over 600 windows, a complete gutting of over 300,000 square feet, and the installation of 6.5 miles of firestopping caulk.
