Over a span of five years, AAC spearheaded a comprehensive renovation project of over 226,000 sq. ft. at Unity Hospital. Our responsibilities encompassed selective demolition, abatement, and fireproofing.

Upon project completion, Unity Hospital successfully expanded its facility, incorporating an additional floor and penthouse, along with 130 certified hospital beds. This expansion elevated its total bed count to 311, enhancing its capacity to serve the community effectively.
